FAQs

Quick answers to the questions we hear most.

WHEN I TYPE IN MY NAME, IT DOESN'T HAVE THE NICE SWASHES I SEE ON THE PRODUCT IMAGES; WILL YOU ADD ‎THEM WHEN PRODUCING MY ORDER?‎

Yes! We manually add them to your name and make it look gorgeous, just like the product images!‎

WHY CAN'T I CAPITALIZE MY NAME IN SOME OF THE DESIGNS?‎

Need to Know

Product Details

For the person who needs a full cup of coffee before anyone speaks to them. One black cat in a ribbed sweater, a mug held like a shield, and an expression that has already made up its mind.

Your initials sit on the mug, small and warm against the olive green, so the coffee is clearly yours and so is the attitude. For cat people, quiet readers and anyone who prefers their mornings unhurried.

Please refer to the product measurement image before ordering.

Printed only when you order it: no overproduction, less waste.

Personalization Help

This design is personalized with initials. Enter them in the fields above in the order you want them to appear, one letter each. Classic monograms put the surname initial in the middle, and the live preview shows the result as you type.

We print your text exactly as entered, so double-check spelling and capitalization before adding to bag. Need something different? Send us a special request and we’ll make it work.

Shipping & Delivery

Every sleeve is printed to order especially for you — please allow 2–4 business days for preparation.

Estimated delivery after that: United States 3–5 business days · rest of the world 7–18. Shipping is $5 in the USA, $7 international and free over $50. Tracking is included on every order.

Care Instructions

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it air dry. Keep the printed side away from prolonged direct sunlight to keep the colours vibrant.
