Delivery & Returns

Every piece is made to order for you. Here is what to expect.

  • Preparation: phone cases 1–3 business days; laptop sleeves and desk mats 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery after preparation: USA 3–5 business days; Europe 2–5; Australia 3–6; rest of the world 5–18. Tracking is included on every order.
  • Shipping cost: $5 in the USA, $7 international, and FREE on orders over $50.
  • Returns & replacements: arrived damaged, defective or different from your order? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays; carrier and customs delays can affect timing.
