I received the first case, it's a solid good case and fits perfectly but it looked used, had scratches inside and out and the color looked different than the online photo. I contacted Customer service and I asked for a replacement. I told them about the scratches and I wanted a color that was closer to the picture. They sent me a new case. Same color and again fine scratches all over the back of the case. Maybe they are all that way. So now I have a two cases with a color I don't like and both have scratches. Also the side buttons are hard to press. It's a lot of money for a case. I try another company next time.
Def looks high end and feels durable and protective
However, the MagSafe will not work with a MagSafe tripod or car mount. The phone just slides right off as the hold isn't not strong enough, but it is a pretty case!

Exactly what I wanted in color and style
The only issue is the monogram. Generally, when you tell someone your initials, it first, middle and last. I imagine that's what I did. But, this type of monogram is supposed to have your last initial in the middle. It has my middle initial in the middle. But, it's a beautiful case otherwise.
Great case! Dropped my phone onto cement and into a deep muddy puddle and my phone persevered! Between this case and my screen protector, my iPhone can overcome any obstacle<3

Honestly every was great except the actual design of the case. In person the design appears more brown and black than gray and black.

The monogram is a little crooked. Wouldn't spend the money again.
Initials are part of the printed design so they won't fade/ scratch off.
On another note the case is super cute but I found the case chipped within a week of me having it. It exposed white areas in the black and brown case design which is more obvious than desired.
