FAQs

Quick answers to the questions we hear most.

WHEN I TYPE IN MY NAME, IT DOESN'T HAVE THE NICE SWASHES I SEE ON THE PRODUCT IMAGES; WILL YOU ADD ‎THEM WHEN PRODUCING MY ORDER?‎

Yes! We manually add them to your name and make it look gorgeous, just like the product images!‎

WHY CAN'T I CAPITALIZE MY NAME IN SOME OF THE DESIGNS?‎

Some designs need us to customize the font swashes and do not support capital letters. If you still ‎‎want your name capitalized, please mention it with your order, and we’ll redesign it for you free of ‎‎charge!‎

WHY DOES MY NAME APPEAR IN CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY IN SOME OF THE DESIGNS?‎

In some designs, we restrict the letters to capitals only—this is purely our aesthetic preference. If you ‎don't want your name in all capital letters, please leave a note when ordering, and we’ll ‎uncapitalize it ‎free of charge!‎

IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE A DIFFERENT FONT FOR MY NAME?‎

Of course! Please get in touch with us and let us know which font you’d like to use. We’ll also send you ‎‎a mockup for approval before ordering!‎

DO YOU ACCEPT SPECIAL CUSTOMIZATION REQUESTS?‎

Yes, we do! Just contact us via our Special Requests form, and we’ll get right on it.‎

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?‎

Yes, it is! We use 256-bit SSL encryption, a method to encrypt and decrypt data transferred between ‎‎the user's browser and the website server with a 256-bit long encryption key, and it’s considered the ‎most ‎secure technique to date.‎

We accept all major credit cards, Googe Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal payments, all with secure 256-bit SSL encryption!‎

Product Details

For the person whose sunglasses, hair clips and reading frames are already tortoiseshell, and who sees no reason the desk should be any different. Soft chocolate spots over warm amber, quiet and sure of itself.

Your name sits in the corner under RESERVED FOR, like a place card at a table you booked long ago. For new jobs, corner offices and anyone whose taste has always been a little bit classic.

Printed only when you order it: no overproduction, less waste.

Personalization Help

This design is personalized with a name. Type it in the Name field above and the live preview shows exactly how it will look on your desk mat.

We print your text exactly as entered, so double-check spelling and capitalization before adding to bag. Need something different? Send us a special request and we’ll make it work.
