WHY CAN'T I CAPITALIZE MY NAME IN SOME OF THE DESIGNS?‎

 Some designs need us to customize the font swashes and do not support capital letters. If you still ‎‎want your name capitalized, please mention it with your order, and we’ll redesign it for you free of ‎‎charge!‎

 

WHY DOES MY NAME APPEAR IN CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY IN SOME OF THE DESIGNS?‎

In some designs, we restrict the letters to capitals only—this is purely our aesthetic preference. If you ‎don't want your name in all capital letters, please leave a note when ordering, and we’ll ‎uncapitalize it ‎free of charge!‎

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE A DIFFERENT FONT FOR MY NAME?‎
