Due to the nature of our products which we customize to your preferences, all orders are made to order especially for you!
We are extremely fast in processing custom-made orders. Here’s an estimate of our processing times breakdown by product category:
Phone Cases: 1-3 business days.
AirPods Cases: 1-3 business days.
Laptop Sleeves: 2-4 business days.
Wireless Chargers: 2-4 business days.
Basically, 85% of the orders are processed in less than 2 business days..
We charge a $5 flat rate for domestic (USA orders) and a $7 for international orders.
We pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service!
Therefore, we will be responsible and accept your return and refund your payment, or we will send you a free replacement, 30 days from the delivery date in the following scenarios:
- You have received a damaged product, whether it was damaged during transportation or left our facility damaged. We are responsible for the goods until they get delivered!
- You have received a different item than you ordered, including a mistake in the design/color, customization, phone model, or anything different from what you ordered.
As our products are personalized to your preference, we cannot accept returns of items where the customer made a mistake, including a phone model, misspelling, color/design, or anything different from the order recorded in our system.
There is an issue with the received order; what should I do?
If there is an issue with the order received, don't hesitate to contact us via our contact form.
Please write us a short message explaining the issue; we will get back to you asap and may request you to share some images showing the problem.

WHEN I TYPE IN MY NAME, IT DOESN'T HAVE THE NICE SWASHES I SEE ON THE PRODUCT IMAGES; WILL YOU ADD THEM WHEN PRODUCING MY ORDER?
Yes! We manually add them to your name and make it look gorgeous, just like the product images!
WHY CAN'T I CAPITALIZE MY NAME IN SOME OF THE DESIGNS?
Some designs need us to customize the font swashes and do not support capital letters. If you still want your name capitalized, please mention it with your order, and we’ll redesign it for you free of charge!
WHY DOES MY NAME APPEAR IN CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY IN SOME OF THE DESIGNS?
In some designs, we restrict the letters to capitals only—this is purely our aesthetic preference. If you don't want your name in all capital letters, please leave a note when ordering, and we’ll uncapitalize it free of charge!
IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE A DIFFERENT FONT FOR MY NAME?
Of course! Please get in touch with us and let us know which font you’d like to use. We’ll also send you a mockup for approval before ordering!
DO YOU ACCEPT SPECIAL CUSTOMIZATION REQUESTS?
Yes, we do! Just contact us via our Special Requests form, and we’ll get right on it.
IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?
Yes, it is! We use 256-bit SSL encryption, a method to encrypt and decrypt data transferred between the user's browser and the website server with a 256-bit long encryption key, and it’s considered the most secure technique to date.

We accept all major credit cards, Googe Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal payments, all with secure 256-bit SSL encryption!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Domestic U.S. orders take 3-5 business days to get delivered, and international orders can take anywhere from 3 business days to 3 weeks. For more detailed shipping times, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship most orders from New York, but for international orders our phone cases can get sent from Europe or Australia.
